How Transactions Work
Our streamlined 6-step process ensures secure and efficient transactions
Search & Select Your Product
Use the search bar to find what you're looking for. Filter by category, price, or rating. Click any product to view full details; photos, specifications, reviews, and live stock availability before making your decision.
Add Items to Your Cart
Select your preferred size, color, or quantity, then click Add to Cart. You can continue shopping and add multiple items. Visit your cart anytime to review, update quantities, or remove products before checkout.
Enter Delivery & Shipping Details
When you want to order, fill in your delivery address carefully, or choose a previously saved address from your account. Then select your preferred payment method.
Payment
Payment methods are include: credit/debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Link (Stripe). If you have a discount or promo code, enter it in the coupon field to instantly apply your savings before confirming the total.
Order Confirmation
Review your entire order one last time; items, delivery address, shipping method, and total cost. Once everything looks correct, click Complete Order. If the order is successful, you will see a confirmation page.
Track Your Order
Log into your account and go to My Orders to monitor your shipment in real time. You'll receive updates at each stage from processing and dispatch to out-for-delivery and delivered, so you always know exactly where your package is.

Buyer Protection
All purchases are covered by our comprehensive buyer protection program. If you receive a product that doesn't match the description or quality standards, we provide full refund or replacement.
International Shipping
All international shipments include tracking numbers and insurance. Delivery times may vary based on destination country and customs processing.

What You Can Do After Your Order is Placed
Delivery Address Change
Entered the wrong delivery address? Don't worry. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you may still be able to fix it. Head to your Purchases page (1), open the details for the relevant order (2), and send a message (3) to the seller requesting an address change. They'll update it before dispatching your order. Just make sure to act quickly, as address changes are no longer possible once your order has been shipped.
Easy Returns and Exchanges
Changed your mind or received an unexpected item? No problem. To initiate a return or submit a claim, navigate to Purchases (1) → Purchase Details (2) → Returns & Other Claims (4). From there, you can complete the process in just a few steps.
